ACCUCAPPER LD

The Accucapper LD is a portable, hand held cap tightener capable of tightening or removing screw and lug type closures. Accucapper LD has an adjustable clutch to ensure proper torque and eliminate cap and decrease insert wear. Once the closure reaches the set torque value, the chuck will stop rotating signaling the operator to move on to the next container.

The Accucapper LD ships standard with a stand, overhead slide rail, and self balancer which allows the Accucapper LD to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes and reducing operator fatigue. Accucapper LD also ship with one Chuck and Insert (up to a Size #50).

Accucapper LD (Light Duty) is for lab use or low production environments with closures up to 25mm
