Glue Labelers
Hot-melt glue labelers are primarily used for applying a paper, film, or a plastic sheet label to a container via a hot-melt adhesive. The labelers feature a wide range of uses because hot-melt glues can be used on practically all types of packaging materials including paper, glass, plastic, metal, and foils.
Labelette manufactures multiple types of hot melt glue labelers for different applications. The semi-automatic machines like the HG and SG machines are great for small productions or specialty labeled round container products. The F-Style Labeler is a specialty labeling system for F-style rectangular containers and canisters. Labelette also has high speed rotary glue labelers available for packaging lines with large production rates.
Labelette HG Labeler
The Labelette HG will index label, transfer adhesive and accurately apply plain paper labels to the container. The Labelette HG is designed for spot, face, ¾, and full wrap-around applications on straight-sided round cylindrical containers. Precision controls for label separation and thin, accurate adhesive coat. This machine can be an automatic or manual label feed.
Labelette SG Labeler
The Labelette SG Labeler will separate the label from a stack, feed the label, transfer adhesive and accurately apply the paper label to the container. Designed for spot, face, ¾ full wrap-around applications on cylindrical containers. Simply insert unlabeled container and remove labeled product. Skip glue adjustment can save up to 90% of adhesive cost.
Labelette F-Style Labeler
Labelette's F-Style glue labeling machines are designed to eliminate the problems associated with labeling canisters and rectangular products. The FS Labeler is a stand alone labeler that separates a single label from a 1 inch think stack, applies a few stripes of adhesive, and adheres the label to the container. The FS Labeler applies a tight label with a skip glue pattern using hot melt adhesive. Custom can holders are required for each label size. This machine can handle metal and plastic containers.
