Labelette Labelers's Automatic Snap Capper (ASC) is an automatic in line snap capper for slow and medium speed operations – up to 150 containers per minute. This units utilizes a Centrifugal Bowl Orientation unit to delivery closures to a cap chute. As the container passes under the chute the closure is placed onto the container and then enters the capping area. A Belt System or Snap Wheel is used to create the downward force necessary to “snap” the closure onto the container. Common applications for this type of closure are dairy, juice, and beverage containers.
